Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of service quality, price, and communication on customer satisfaction at PT Supra Gading Raya Money Changer Jakarta. The research design applied is quantitative. The data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire, which was measured using a Likert scale. The population is PT Supra Gading Raya Money Changer Jakarta customers in 2022 with a total of 257 customers. The Slovin formula was used to determine the number of samples, so that the number of respondents was 72 customers. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This study uses a regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS V.26 software. The results of the study concluded (1) Service Quality affects Customer Satisfaction (2) Price affects Customer Satisfaction (3) Communication has no effect on Customer Satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT Supra Gading Raya Money Changer Jakarta. Rancangan penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi adalah nasabah PT Supra Gading Raya Money Changer Jakarta tahun 2022 sebanyak 257 nasabah. Penentuan jumlah sampel dipergunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga jumlah responden sebanyak 72 nasabah. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan bantuan software SPSS V.26. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. (2) Harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. (3) Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah
