Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal intelektual dan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif kausalitas dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan data yang bersifat kuantitatif yang diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang telah diaudit tahun 2015-2018. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa : 1) Modal intelektual berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan 2) Kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
