Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan merancang sistem informasi akuntansi keuangan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Merancang sistem informasi akuntansi keuangan dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif yang berupa sejarah singkat organisasi, struktur organisasi dan informasi yang relevan. Metoda pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi akuntansi keuangan dalam Gereja HKBP Cikarang Ressort Cikarang Distrik XIX Bekasi sudah menggunakan komputer tetapi masih secara manual. Maka peneliti merancang sistem informasi akuntansi dengan menggunakan aplikasi PHP dan MySQL diintegrasikan dengan PHPMyAdmin dengan XAMPP sebagai web server. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk mengolah data dan laporan data keuangan. ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and design a financial accounting information system for cash receipts and payments. Designing a financial accounting information system in order to improve the effectiveness of controlling cash receipts and disbursements. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The type of data used is qualitative data in the form of a brief history of the organization, organizational structure and relevant information. The data collection methods used in this research are library research and field research. The result of this research is that the financial accounting information system in the HKBP Cikarang Ressort Cikarang Church, XIX Bekasi sub-district already uses a computer but is still manual. So the researchers designed an accounting information system using PHP dan MySQL applications that were integrated with PHPMyAdmin with XAMPP as a web server. This application can be used to process data and financial data reports.
