Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diukur menggunakan metode berbasis regresi data panel dengan Eviews. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015 sampai dengan 2018. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 perusahaan sektor aneka industri sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 88 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekuder dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui situs resmi www.idx.co.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: 1) Kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. 2) Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. 3) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, profitability and company size on dividend policy in miscellaneous industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses an associative research strategy with a quantitative approach measured using a panel data regression based method with E-views. The population of this study is miscellaneous industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 to 2018. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 22 companies in miscellaneous industry sectors so that the total observations in this study were 88 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data with data collection methods using the documentation method through the official website www.idx.co.id. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The results of the study prove that: 1) Managerial ownership has no significant effect on dividend policy. 2) Profitability has a significant effect on dividend policy. 3) Company size has no significant effect on dividend policy.
