Abstract

Abstract Shari’a bank is a bank used a system based on islamic shari’a. While the principles of islamic shari’a is based on the tenets of islam agrement between the bank and nasabah. Islamic banking system based on non interest rate. This concepts hasn’t familiar to muslim community. The growth of business activity products and services is relative low. The aim of this research is to recognizing the influence of those factors to customers interest whom nasabah at bank Muamalat, Rawamangun Jakarta. The instrument of this research using multiple linear regression analysis. T the result of study concluded that religiosity, service and profit sharing ratio don’t have effect to interest in saving but and quality product have siginificant and positive effect to interest in saving, it be proved by calculation of the coefficient of determination is about 0,358 (35,8%) while the rest 64,2%. Described other factors that influence the interest of nasabah. Key words: Service, profit sharing ratio, religiosity, quality product, customer saving interest
