Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Nilai Perusahaan ( PBV) di era revolusi industri 4.0 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini mengggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif pendekatan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan metoda dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; 2) Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; 3) Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; 4)Komisaris Independen berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; 5) Dewan Direksi berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. 6) Dimensi dari Good Corporate Governance yaitu Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Komite Audit, Komisaris Independen dan Dewan Direksi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) di era revolusi industri 4.0. ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance of the Company Value ( PBV ) in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 either partially or simultaneously. This research uses associative research with quantitative and qualitative data approaches . The type of data used in this research is secondary data with the documentation method . The population in this study are telecommunication sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling . The results of this study indicate that: 1) Institutional Ownership has an effect on Firm Value ; 2) Managerial Ownership has no effect on Company Value ; 3) The Audit Committee has no effect on Company Value ; 4) Independent Commissioner has an effect on Company Value ; 5) The Board of Directors has influence on Company Value. 6) Dimensions of Good Corporate Governance, namely Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner and Board of Directors simultaneously affect Company Value (PBV) in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.
