Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metoda berbasis data panel dengan software Eviews 10. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX : www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) Return of assets tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. (2) Return of equity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. (3) Net profit margin tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. (4) Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. ABSTRACT This study is aimed to test the effect of Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on Firm Value in manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sector is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research approach, which is measured using a panel data-based method with Eviews software ver 10. The population in this study were manufacturing companies in manufacturing miscellaneous industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016 until 2018. The sample was determined based on purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 25 manufacturing companies in manufacturing miscellaneous industry sectors so the total observation in the study is as much as 75 observation. The data used in this study are secondary data. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation through the official website of IDX : www.idx.co.id. The results of the study prove that (1) Return of assets has not significally effect on Company Value in manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. (2) Return of equity has not significally effect on Company Value in manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. (3) Net profit margin has not significally effect on Company Value in the manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. (4) Corporate Social Responsibility has effect on Company Value in manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018.
