Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi , Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Umum Terhadap Anggaran Belanja Modal Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Bali Periode 2016-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metoda berbasis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 25.00. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pemerintahan Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Bali berjumlah 9 Kabupaten / Kota periode 2016-2018. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purpose sampling, dengan kriteria Laporan realisasi APBD dan Data Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda dokumentasi berupa buku, jurnal, dan website. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik t, uji simultan f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1)Pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Anggaran Belanja Modal (2) Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh terhadap Anggaran Belanja Modal , (3) Dana Alokasi Umum tidak berpengaruh terhadap Anggaran Belanja Modal. This study aims to determine whether the effect of Economic Growth, Local Own Income and General Allocation Funds on Regency / City Capital Expenditure Budget in Bali Province 2016-2018 Period. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach, which is measured using a method based on multiple linear regression with SPSS 25.00. The population of this study were all Regency / City Governments in Bali Province totaling 9 districts / cities for the period 2016-2018. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, with the criteria for the realization of the APBD and Data on Economic Growth (GRDP). The data collection technique uses the documentation method in the form of books, journals and websites. Hypothesis testing uses the t statistical test, the simultaneous f test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study prove that (1) economic growth has no effect on the capital expenditure budget (2) local revenue has an effect on the capital expenditure budget, (3) the general allocation fund has no effect on the capital expenditure budget.
