Abstract

The research is aimed to examine whether the effect of the modernization of the system of administration of taxation, awareness mandatory taxes and service tax authorities on the compliance of mandatory taxes the personal in KPP Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Three. Research is using the type of research descriptive approach is quantitative. Population of research this is a compulsory tax the personal were registered in KPP Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Three. The sample was determined based on the simple random sampling method with a total sample size of 100. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study prove that the Modernization System Administration of Taxation no effect on Compliance Mandatory Tax People Personal. Awareness Mandatory Tax effect on Compliance Mandatory Tax People Personal, and service tax authorities does not affect to the Compliance Mandatory Tax People Personal.
