Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh piutang Program Kemitraan dan kolektibilitas secara bersama-sama terhadap penilaian kinerja PKBL KCU Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu data primer yang diambil dari wawancara. Setelah mendapatkan data, data dianalisa dengan menelaah data dari 3 orang yang terlibat dalam kegiatan PKBL KCU Jakarta baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa piutang Program Kemitraan dan kolektibilitas berpengaruh terhadap penilaian kinerja PKBL KCU Jakarta, karena merupakan bagian dari KPI yang terdapat pada seluruh Kantor Cabang yang harus dicapai. Kata Kunci : Piutang Mitra Binaan dan Kolektibilitas ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the credit of the Partnership Program and collectibility together on the performance evaluation of PKBL KCU Jakarta. This research uses descriptive research. Data collection methods are primary data taken from interviews. After obtaining the data, the data was analyzed by examining data from 3 people who were involved in PKBL KCU Jakarta activities, both directly and indirectly. The results of the study found that the receivables of the Partnership Program and Collectibility affect the performance evaluation of PKBL KCU Jakarta, because it is part of the KPI found in all Branch Offices that must be achieved.
