Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2019. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 14 Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman, sehingga total observasi data penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 70 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Metoda pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan alat bantu aplikasi E-Views 11. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinan (R-squared) dijelaskan bahwa likuiditas, leverage, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa likuiditas (current ratio) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage (debt to equity ratio) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas (return on asset) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan (In total aset) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Leverage, Profitabilitas, UkuranPerusahaan This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and size of the company on the value of companies in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study is Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2015-2019. The sample is determined based on purposive samplingmethod, with the number of samples as many as 14 Food and Beverage Companies, so the total observation data of this study is as many as 70 observations. The data used in this study is secondary data. Data collection methods using documentation through idx's official website. Data analysis techniques using data panel regression analysis with E-Views 1 1 application tools. Based on the results of the determinant coefficient (R-squared) explained that liquidity, leverage,profitability and size of the company has an influence on the value of the company. The results of this study show that liquidity ( currentratio)has no effect on the value of the company, leverage (debt toequity ratio) positively affects the value of the company, profitability (return on assets)positively affects the value of the company, and the size of the company (In total assets) does not affect the value of the company.
