Abstract

PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN, ASET DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN HUTANG: STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SEKTOR ANEKA INDUSTRI GO PUBLIC DI INDONESIA PERIODE 2017-2019 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur kepemilikan, struktur aset dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor aneka industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 17 perusahaan dari 51 emiten pada sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017- 2019. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dengan variabel intervening dengan alat bantu yang digunakan adalah program Eviews versi 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur kepemilikan (INST) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang (DER). Struktur kepemilikan (SA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang (DER). Profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan hutang (DER). THE INFLUENCE OF OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE, ASSETS AND PROFITABILITY ON DEBT POLICY: EMPIRICAL STUDY ON MANUFACTURING FIRM SECTORS OF GO PUBLIC INDUSTRIES IN INDONESIA 2017-2019 PERIOD This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure, asset structure and profitability on debt policy in various industrial sub-sector manufacturing companies. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, sampling using purposive sampling method, the sample used in this study is 17 companies from 51 issuers in various industrial sectors that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. The data used in this study is secondary data, the data collection technique uses the documentation method through the official IDX website. This study uses regression analysis with intervening variables with the tools used is the Eviews program version 10. The results of this study indicate that ownership structure (INST) has a significant positive effect on debt policy (DER). Ownership structure (SA) has no effect on debt policy (DER).
