Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis persediaan material yang di terapkan pada PT. Bachtiar Marpa Prima dalam meminimlalisasikan biaya pada jumlah pesanan saat ini lebih optimal bila menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan material pada titik pemesanan ulang (Reoder Point). Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi deskriptif dan alat analisis yang digunakan program Software QM for Windows V5 dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Populasi yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini data pembelian material dan biaya–biaya persediaan PT.Bachtiar Marpa Prima sedangkan sampel yang di gunakan adalah pembelian material mulai tanggal 17 November 2020 sampai dengan 21 Desember 2020 atau 35 hari kalender sesuai dengan kontrak pelaksanaan proyek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk tolal pembelian empat jenis material dengan kebijakan perusahaan biaya pembelian yang di keluarkan sebesar Rp. 71.223.537 sedangkan dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) biaya yang di keluarkan sebesar Rp. 32.756.175 sehingga jumlah selisih antara keduanya sebesar Rp. 38.467.182,-. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa dengan kebijakan perusahaan dalam persediaan materialbelumekonomisdan efisien ,karena total biaya yang di keluarkan lebih besar. Kata Kunci : Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), persediaan material dan ROP(Reoder Point) ABSTRACT This research aims to find out and analyze the inventory of materials applied to PT. Bachtiar Marpa Prima in minimizing the cost on the number of orders is currently more optimal when using economic order Quantity (EOQ) methods and materials at the reordering point. This research uses descriptive strategy and analysis tools used by Software QM for Windows V5 program with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The population used in this study is material purchasing data and pt inventory costs. Bachtiar Marpa Prima while the sample used is the purchase of materials from November 17, 2020 to December 21, 2020 or 35 calendar days in accordance with the project implementation contract. The results of this study showed that for the purchase of four types of materials with the company's policy the purchase cost is Rp. 71,223,537 while with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method the cost incurred is Rp. 32,756,175 so that the amount of difference between the two is Rp. 38,467,182,-. Based on the results of the study that with the company's policy in material inventory has not been economically and efficient , because the total cost spent is greater.
