Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan terkait dengan akuntabilitas pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) tahun 2019 di Desa Watangsono Kecamatan Jatisrono Kabupaten Wonogiri Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terdapat di dalam pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa Watangsono, sehingga masalah mengenai Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa dapat membuktikan dan menjelaskan rencana-rencana strategik dan tujuan-tujuan yang telah direncanakan yang ditetapkan oleh organisasi pemerintahan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan atau tujuan realisasi hasil dengan efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 8 (delapan ) Dusun di Desa Watangsono Kecamatan Jatisrono Kabupaten Wonogiri Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung di lapangan dan dengan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis dekriptif kualitatif dengan proses transformasi data penelitian dalam bentuk tabulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan keakuratan dan kesesuaian pelaksanaan serta pertanggungjawaban dengan perencanaan alokasi dana desa. Menerapkan prinsip transparansi dalam pengelolaan alokasi dana desa baik untuk internal maupun eksternal (masyarakat). Dan pemerintah desa melengkapi informasi laporan pertanggungjawaban (LPJ), surat pertanggungjawaban (SPJ), laporan realisasi anggaran, serta adanya papan informasi (banner) realisasi dengan andal. Kata Kunci : Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD), Akuntabilitas, Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Pertanggungjawaban ABSTRACT This research was conducted in relation to the accountability of the 2019 Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Watangsono Village, Jatisrono District, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java Province. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the Accountability of the Watangsono Village Fund Allocation so that any problems regarding Village Fund Allocation Management will be be solved and used for setting up the strategic planning to achieve the effectively and efficiently plan. This research was conducted in 8 (eight) hamlets in Watangsono Village, Jatisrono District, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java Province. This study used a qualitative strategy, data collection was carried out by direct observation in the field and by interview. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis with the process of transforming research data in tabulated form. The results of this study indicate the accuracy and suitability of implementation as well as accountability with village fund allocation planning. Applying the principle of transparency in the management of village fund allocations for both internal and external (community). And the village government complements information on accountability reports (LPJ), letter of accountability (SPJ), budget realization reports, and reliable realization information boards (banners).
