Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Agama, Pengetahuan dan Organisasi mempengaruhi keputusan minat membayar zakat profesi melalui payroll system. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya ialah guru PNS yang bekerja di SMKN 46 Jakarta dan SMKN 50 Jakarta sejumlah 68 orang, untuk sampelnya peneliti menggunakan sampel jenuh, yaitu sampel yang diambil dari populasi secara keseluruhan. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji-t), dan uji statistik F (simultan). Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Hasil pada penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Agama (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan minat membayar zakat profesi melalui payroll system (Y) dan tidak berpengaruh dengan Pengetahuan (X2) dan Organisasi (X3) karena signifikansinya lebih dari 5%. Namun secara simultan ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap keputusan minat membayar zakat profesi melalui payroll system. Kata kunci : Agama , Pengetahuan, Organisasi, Minat Membayar Zakat Profesi Melalui Payroll System. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether Religion, Knowledge and Organ- ization influence the decision to pay zakat for the profession through the payroll system. This research method uses quantitative methods. In this study the pop- ulation is 68 civil servant teachers working in 46 Senior High School Jakarta and 50 Senior High School Jakarta, for the sample researchers used saturated samples, ie samples taken from the population as a whole. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire / questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedas- ticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t-test), and F statistical tests (simultaneous). This research was processed using SPSS version 24. The results of the partial research show that Religion (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to pay zakat for the profession through the payroll system (Y) and has no effect on Knowledge (X2) and Organization (X3) because the significance is more than 5%. But simultaneously the three inde- pendent variables influence the decision to pay the zakat of the profession through the payroll system Keywords: Religion, Knowledge, Organization, Interest Paying Professional Zakat Through the Payroll System.
