Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menegtahui dan menguji apakah pengaruh Komitmen Profesional, Komitmen Organisasi dan Intensitas Moral terhadap niat untuk melakukan tindakan whistleblowing. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode berasis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 23. Dengan Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Kantor Akuntan Publik di Jakarta Selatan. Sample yang di tentukan berdasarkan purpose sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 17 responden. Data yang telah digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan langsung maupun melalui perantara teman yang telah bekerja di KAP Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dan Membuktikan bahwa : Komitmen Profesional berpengaruh terhadap niat melakukan whistleblowing, Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat untuk melakukan whistleblowing, dan Intensitas Morl tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat melakkan whistleblowing. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Profesional. Komitmen Organisasi, dan Intesitas Moral ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and test whether the influence of Professional Commitment, Organizational Commitment and Moral Intensity on the intention to take action whistleblowing. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach, which is measured using a method of multiple linear regression based on SPSS 23. The population of this study is the Public Accountant Office in South Jakarta. The sample was determined based on the purpose of sampling, with a total sample of 25 respondents. The data that has been used in this study uses primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed directly or through intermediaries friends who have worked in KAP South Jakarta. The results of the research show and prove that: Professional Commitment influences the intention to do whistleblowing, Organizational Commitment does not affect the intention to do whistleblowing, and Moral Intensity does not affect the intention to do whistleblowing.
