Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendapatan asli daerah, dan dana alokasi umum terhadap belanja modal pada pemerintahan provinsi DKI Jakarta. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendapatan asli daerah dan dana alokasi umum. Variabel dependennya adalah belanja modal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kasual komparatif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 24 yang menggunakan tingkat signifikasi 0,05. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui situs Dirjen Perimbangan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah melalui www.depkeu.djpk.go.id, www.bps.go.id serta www.data.jakarta.go.id. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji-t) dan uji simultan (uji-f). Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji-t) (1) pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal. (2) pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap belanja modal. (3) dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif terhadap belanja modal. (4) hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji simultan (uji-f) pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendapatan asli daerah dan dana alokasi umum secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal. Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum dan Belanja Modal ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of economic growth, regional original income, and general allocation funds on capital expenditure in the DKI Jakarta provincial government. The independent variables in this study are economic growth, regional original income and general allocation funds. The dependent variable is capital expenditure This research is a comparative casual research quantitative approach, which is measured using the method. The population in this study is the Government of DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 24 which uses a significance level of 0.05. The data used in this study are secondary data. The technique of collecting data uses the method of documentation through the website of the Director General of Regional Fiscal Balance through www.depkeu.djpk.go.id, www.bps.go.id and www.data.jakarta.go.id. Hypothesis testing using partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f-test). The test results prove that the results of data analysis using partial test (t- test) (1) economic growth has no effect on capital expenditure. (2) regional original income has a positive effect on capital expenditure. (3) general allocation funds have a positive effect on capital expenditure. (4) the results of data analysis using the simultaneous test (f-test) of economic growth, local own- source revenue and general allocation funds jointly affect capital expenditure.
