Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, kesempatan investasi dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan deviden pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan software Eviews 10. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur, pemilihan sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa : 1) Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan deviden 2) Leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan deviden 3) Kesempatan Investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan deviden 4) Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan deviden Kata Kunci : Likuiditas, Leverage, Kesempatan Investasi, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Deviden This study aims to determine the effect of likuidity,leverage,investment opportunity and company size on dividend policy of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The research strategy used in this study is an associative research strategy, which is measured using the panel data regression method with Eviews 10 software. The population of this study is manufacturing companies. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, with a sample size of 35 companies. The results of the study prove that: 1) Likuidity has no effect on dividend Policy 2) Leverage has negative effect on dividend Policy 3) Invesment Opportunity has not effect on dividend policy 4) Company Size has not effect on dividend policy.
