Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhdap keputusan pembelian fiber internet Indihome di Kelurahan Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi asosiatif dengan metode kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Indihome sebanyak 109 orang di Kelurahan Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi. berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian fiber internet Indihome di Kelurahan Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. This study aims to determine the effectf product quality, price, and prmotionon purchasing decisions for Indihome fiber internet in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The strategy used in this study is an associative strategy with a questionnaire method. The population in this study were 109 Indihome users in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 85 respondents using the Slovin . Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. This study uses the coefficient of determination analysis method. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price, and promotion significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for fiber internet Indihome in Duren Sawit , East Jakarta.
