Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Kebijakan Hutang terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor keuangan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 10 perusahaan selama 3 tahun (2018-2020), sehingga keseluruhan data berjumlah 30 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda. Tenik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda dokumentasi memlalui situs resmi www.finance.yahoo.com, www.idx.co.id, dan aplikasi RTI Business atau www.rti.co.id. Alat pengolahan data menggunakan Eviews 10. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. 2)Kebijakan hutang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. 3)Kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. 4)Profitabilitas, Kebijakan hutang dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
