Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dana pihak ketiga, non performing financing dan margin keuntungan terhadap pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia secara parsial dan simultan. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah dana pihak ketiga, non performing financing dan margin keuntungan. Dan variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah pembiayaan murabahah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampelnya. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 11 Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia yang terdaftar di dalam Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Data yang digunakan diambil dari website resmi masing-masing bank. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan bantuan program Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa variabel dana pihak ketiga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan murabahah dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0.0000. Variabel non performing financing secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan murabahah dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0.4580. Variabel margin keuntungan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan murabahah dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0.0021. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan variabel dana pihak ketiga, non performing financing dan margin keuntungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode tahun 2015- 2018 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kata kunci : Pembiayaan Murabahah, Dana Pihak Ketiga, Non Performing Financing, Margin Keuntungan ABSTRACT The research aims to analyse the influence of third-party funds, non- performing financing and profit margins against Murabahah financing in sharia general banks in Indonesia, partially and simultaneously. Independent variables in this study are third-party funding, non-performing financing and profit margins. And the dependent variable on this study is a murabahah financing. This research uses the Purposive sampling method for sampling. The samples used are 11 sharia banks in Indonesia, which are registered in the Financial Services Authority. The Data used is taken from the official website of each bank. The analysis method used is the analysis of data regression panels using the help of Eviews 10 program. The results of the studies have shown that the third-party funding variables partially affect the Murabahah financing by a probability value of 0.0000. Non- performing financing variables partially did not have a significant effect on murabahah financing with a probability value of 0.4580. The profit margin variable partially significantly affects the murabahah financing with a probability value of 0.0021. The results of simultaneous research showed a variable of third- party funding, non-performing financing and profit margins significant to the financing of Murabahah on sharia Bank in Indonesia period 2015-2018 with value Significance 0.000 < 0.05.
