Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap kebijakan dividen (studi kasus pada pt. astra international indonesia tbk periode 2016-2020). Kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel dependen, sedangkan ratio profitabilitas, solvabilitas, likuiditas, dan aktivitas sebagai variabel independen yang menjadi indikator kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS 23.00. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Pt. Astra International Indonesia Tbk periode 2016-2020. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan triwulan Pt. Astra International Indonesia Tbk periode 2016- 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX : www.idx.co.id. Penguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji t, dan Uji F. Hasil Penelitian membuktikan bahwa Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Aktivitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada Pt. Astra International Indonesia Tbk periode 2016-2020. Kata Kunci : Dividen Payout Ratio, Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Aktifitas This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on dividend policy (a case study at pt. astra international indonesia tbk for the period 2016-2020). Dividend policy as the dependent variable, while the ratio of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and activity as independent variables that become indicators of financial performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, which was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23.00 software. The subject of this research is Pt. Astra International Indonesia Tbk period 2016-2020. The object of this research is the quarterly financial report of Pt. Astra International Indonesia Tbk period 2016-2020. The data collection technique uses the documentation method through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. Hypothesis testing using t test, and F test. The results of the study prove that Profitability, Solvency, Liquidity, and Activity have no significant effect on dividend policy at Pt. Astra International Tbk period 2016-2020.
