Abstract
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan terhadap Kinerja Driver Online GrabBike dimasa covid-19.Kinerja sebagai variabel dependen sedangkan Stres, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan sebagai variabel idenpenden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling dan data diolah menggunakan SPSS (stastistics version 25 Statistical package for sosial sciences). Pengumpulan data jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Koefisien Determinasi simultan R2, Uji T, dan Uji F.. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan. Sedangkan stres terdapat berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan yang artinya semakin tinggi tingkat stres kerja yang dialami, maka akan semakin rendah kinerja driver online grabbike. The research objective was to determine the effect of stress, work motivation, and satisfaction on the performance of the GrabBike Online Driver during the covid-19 period. Performance as the dependent variable while stress, work motivation, and satisfaction as independent variables. This research uses accidental sampling method and the data is processed using SPSS (Statistics version 25 Statistical package for social sciences). Data collection for the total sample of 97 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. The data used in this study are primary data. Hypothesis testing uses the simultaneous determination coefficient R2, T test, and F tes. The results of this study can be concluded that work motivation and satisfaction have a significant positive effect. While stress has a negative and insignificant effect, which means that the higher the level of work stress experienced, the lower the performance of the online grabbike drivers.
