Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis penerapan SIM kinerja cafe, mengevaluasi penggunaan aplikasi BukuKas, dan melihat perbandingan penggunaan sistem lama secara manual dengan sistem baru pada cafe Timur LXXI Jakarta Timur. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu kinerja laporan keuangan keuangan, Aplikasi BukuKas, dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pengambilan data melalui penggamatan langsung dan wawancara. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah cafe Timur LXXI Jakarta Timur. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa penerapan SIM (sistem informasi manajemen) pada cafe Timur LXXI terdiri dari lima komponen, yaitu: 1) Orang. 2) Prosedur. 3) Dokumen. 4) Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi. 5)Pengendalian internal. Kinerja laporan kauangan cafe Timur LXXI dalam sistem lama belum mempunyai pencatatan untuk penjualan dan pembelian. Manfaat penggunaan aplikasi BukuKas terhadap kinerja cafe adalah terpenuhinya kebutuhan cafe dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional usahanya dapat teratur dan pemilik dapat selalu mengawasi adanya alur dari proses bisnis tersebut sehingga kinerja cafe menjadi meningkat. Penggunaan sistem lama terdapat beberapa kekurangan seperti belum adanya pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Setelah menggunakan sistem baru memudahkan pemilik cafe dalam mencatat transaski dibandingkan dengan sitem pencatatan yang masih manual sehingga kekurangan dalam sistem lama secara manual bisa teratasi seperti membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat karenasemua bisa dikerjakan dari smartphone, bisa input penjualan seharian dan malamnya bisa melihat keuntungan yang diperoleh, sehingga hari besoknya bisa langsung belanja stok barang, dan catatan tidak ada yang hilang jadi penjualan termonitor sekarang 100%. ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze the application of SIM cafe performance, evaluate the use of the BukuKas application, and see a comparison of the use of the old system manually with the new system at the LXXI East Jakarta East cafe. The variables used are performance financial report, Cashbook Application, and Management Information System. The type of research used is descriptive with data collection through direct observation and interviews. The population of this research is cafe TimurLXXI, East Jakarta. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and time triangulation. The results of the study prove that the application of SIM (management information system) at the LXXI East Jakarta East cafe consists of five components, namely: 1) People. 2) Procedure. 3) Documents. 4) Information Technology Infrastructure. 5) Internal control. Performance financial report performance of the East Jakarta LXXI cafe in the old system does not have records for sales and purchases. The benefit of using the BukuKas application on the cafe's performance is that the cafe's needs in carrying out its business operations can be organized and the owner can always monitor the flow of the business process so that the cafe's performance increases. The use of the old system has several shortcomings, such as the absence of good financial management. After using the new system, it makes it easier for cafe owners to record transactions compared to the recording system which is still manual so that the shortcomings in the old system manually can be overcome, such as making work easier and faster because everything can be done from a smartphone, you can input sales all day and night and you can see the profits obtained, so that the next day you can directly shop for stock items, and no records are lost, so sales are now 100% monitored.
