Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan perusahaan Pertambangan di Indonesia Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, dan umur daftar perusahaan di BEI sebagai variabel independen sedangkan ketepatan waktu sebagai variabel dependen. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 37 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan menyampaikan laporan keuangan ke Bapepam dalam periode tahun 2017-2019. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive. Pengolahan data menggunakan E-views dan disajikan dengan bentuk tabel dan gambar. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan. Akan tetapi, tidak ditemukan bukti bahwa likuiditas dan umur daftar perusahaan di bei berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the timeliness of submitting financial statements of mining companies in Indonesia. The factors tested in this study are profitability, liquidity ratio, company size, and age company list on idx as independent variables while timeliness. as the dependent variable. The sample of this study consisted of 37 of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and submitted financial reports to Bapepam in the 2017-2019 period. The data used in this study are secondary data and sample selection using a purposive method. Data processing using E-views and presented in tables and figures. The analytical tool used is logistic regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that profitability and company size have a significant effect on the timeliness of financial report submission. However, there is no evidence that the liquidity size and age of company list on idx has an effect on the timeliness of the submission of financial statements
