Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar Pengaruh Intellectual Capital dan Islamic Corporate Governnce Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia Tahun 2017 – 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh perusahaan Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di OJK selama 3 tahun (2017-2019). Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dalam metode teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel 14 bank umum syariah sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 42 data observasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Alat pengolahan data adalah Eviews 9. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) Variabel Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset, 2) Dewan Pengawas Syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset, 3) Dewan Komisaris berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset 4) Dewan Direksi berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset. This research aims to examine how much influence Intellectual Capital and Islamic Corporate Governance have on the Financial Performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2017 – 2019. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study used all Islamic Bank companies registered with the OJK for 3 years (2017-2019). The sample in this research was determined by the saturated sampling technique method, with a total sample of 14 Islamic commercial banks so that the total observations in this study were 42 observational data. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The data processing tool is Eviews 9. Based on the research results show that: 1) Intellectual Capital variable has an effect on Return On Assets, 2) Sharia Supervisory Board has no effect on Return On Assets 3) Board of Commissioners has an effect on Return On Assets 4) Board of Directors has an effect on Return On Assets.
