Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Leverage dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif, yang diolah dengan metoda regresi linier data panel dengan program software Eviews 8. Populasi umum dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang ada di Indonesia, dan populasi khusus dalam penelitian sebanyak 26 perusaahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, ada 10 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel, sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 observasi. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leverage yang diukur dengan Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio serta profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Asset dan Net Profit Margin secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan makanan dan minuman tahun 2013-2018. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan makanan dan minuman tahun 2013-2018. Sedangkan variabel profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan makanan dan minuman tahun 2013-2018. Kata Kunci : Leverage, Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio, Profitabilitas, Return on Asset, Net Profit Margin dan Nilai Perusahaan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence the Leverage and Profitability of the Value of Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses associative quantitative research, which is processed by linear data panel regression method with Eviews 8 software program. The general population in this study is all food and beverage companies in Indonesia, and the special population in the study is 26 companies in the food sub-sector and beverages that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using purposive sampling, there are 10 companies that meet the sample criteria, so that the total observations in this study were 60 observations. The data in this study use secondary data. The results of this study indicate that leverage as measured by Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio and profitability as measured by Return on Assets and Net Profit Margin simultaneously have a significant effect on the value of food and beverage companies in 2013-2018. The results of the study partially showed that leverage had a significant effect on the value of food and beverage companies in 2013-2018. While the profitability variable does not significantly influence the value of food and beverage companies in 2013-2018.
