Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence Service Quality, Brand Image and Price to Consumer Loyalty on DHL Express. The method used in this research is survey research. The population in this research is all consumer of DHL Express in Bekasi City. The sample in this research is 97 respondent. The analysis tool used is the analysis of partial and multiple determine coefficient. The results of the research partial that variable Service Quality (X1) there is a big influence to Consumer Loyalty (Y) with a determine coefficient value of 38,31%. The variable Brand Image (X2) there is a big influence to Consumer Loyalty (Y) with a determine coefficient value of 28,41%. The variable Price (X3) there is a big influence to Consumer Loyalty (Y) with a determine coefficient value of 58,83%. The results of the research multiple that variable Service Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2) and Price (X3) there is a big influence to Consumer Loyalty (Y) with a determine coefficient value of 41,21%.
