Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Perimbangan dan Ukuran Pemerintah terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah layak atau tidaknya model yang diperoleh untuk memprediksi kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah periode 2016-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metoda analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier data panel dengan Eviews 10. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Data yang digunakan berasal dari laporan Realisasi APBD Tahun Anggaran 2016-2019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier data panel dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% maka hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : (1) Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah (2) Dana Perimbangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah (3) Ukuran Pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah (4) Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Perimbangan, dan Ukuran Pemerintah Berpengaruh Signifikan Secara Bersama-sama Terhadap Kinerja Keuangn Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income, Balanced Funds and Government Size on Regional Government Financial Performance whether or not the model obtained is appropriate to predict the financial performance of the Regional Government of Central Java Province for the period 2016-2019. This study used a descriptive research strategy with a quantitative approach and the data analysis method used was linear regression analysis of panel data with Eviews 10. The subjects in this study were districts and cities in Central Java Province. The data used comes from the 2016-2019 APBD Realization Report. Based on the results of linear regression analysis of panel data with a significance level of 5%, the results of this study conclude that: (1) Regional Original Income has a significant effect on the Financial Performance of the Central Java Provincial Governmen 2) The Balancing Fund has no significant effect on the Financial Performance of the Central Java Provincial Government. Regression Model is feasible to explain Regional Government Financial Performance with Local Own Revenue, Balancing Fund and Government Size as predictors 3) The size of the government has a significant effect on the financial performance of the Central Java Provincial Governmen 4) Regional Original Income, The Balancing Fund, and Government Size Together Have a Significant Effect on The Financial Performance of The Central Java Provincial Government.
