Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diolah dengan metoda regresi linier data panel dengan program software Eviews 10. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 27 perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, terpilih 17 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel, sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 observasi. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio, leverage yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity ratio serta profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Equity secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan makanan dan minuman tahun 2014-2018. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel likuiditas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan makanan dan minuman tahun 2014-2018, sedangkan variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan makanan dan minuman tahun 2014-2018. Kata Kunci : Likuiditas, Current Ratio, Leverage, Debt to Equity ratio, Profitabilitas, Return on Equity, dan Harga Saham ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability on stock price of Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. This research uses descriptive research, quantitative approach, which is processed by linear data panel regression method with Eviews 10. software program. The population in this study were 27 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling, there are 17 companies that meet the sample criteria, so that the total observations in this study were 85 observations. The data in this study use secondary data. The results of this study indicate that liquidity as measured by Current Ratio, leverage as measured by Debt to Equity ratio and profitability as measured by Return on Equity, simultaneously have a significant effect on stock price of food and beverage companies in 2014-2018. The results of the research partially show that the liquidity and leverage variable does not significantly no effect on stock price of food and beverage companies in 2014-2018, while the profitability variable has a significant effect on stock price of food and beverage companies in 2014-2018.
