Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan sistem antrean pendaftaran pasien guna mengoptimalkan pelayanan di Loket JKN Unit Admisi Rawat Jalan RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi deskriptif dengan alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu M/M/S. Data diperoleh dengan metode observasi serta diolah dengan manual dan menggunakan software Pom for Windows 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem antrean yang digunakan oleh Loket JKN Unit Admisi Rawat Jalan RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo adalah sistem antrean Multi Channel-Single Phase. Kinerja antrean di Loket JKN sudah optimal dengan jumlah petugas Admisi (M) sebanyak 6 orang petugas dan standar waktu pelayanan kurang dari 2 menit. Kata Kunci : Optimalisasi Pelayanan, Teori Antrean, Pendaftaran, Manajemen Operasi ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe the sistem of patient registration queues for service optimization at JKN Counter Admission Unit Outpatient of RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. This research was conducted from January 14, 2019 to Januari 18, 2019 at working days starting at 07.00 am until 13.00 pm. The research strategy used in this study is a descriptive strategy with the analysis tool used is M/M/S. Data obtained by observation method and processed manually and using Pom for Windows 3.0 software. The results showed that the queue system used by JKN Counter Admission Unit Outpatient of RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo is Multi Channel-Single Phase queue system. The queue performance at JKN Counter is optimal with the number of Admission (M) as much as 6 Admission and respon time less than 2 minutes.
