Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meneliti Pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Solvabilitas terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian jenis kausal komparatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purpose sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 perusahaan manufaktur sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 210 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews 8. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Profitabilitas(ROE) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Return Saham(RT), (2) Solvabilitas(DER) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Return Saham(RT), (3) Secara simultan (bersama-sama) menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas(ROE) dan Solvabilitas(DER) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Return Saham(RT). (4) Kemudian hasil estimasi regresi menujukkan kemampuan prediksi dari 2 variabel independen tersebut terhadap return saham sebesar 60%, sedangkan sisanya 40% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam analisis ini. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas (ROE), Solvabilitas (DER), Return Saham (RT) This study aims to identify and examine the effect Profitability and Solvency on Stock Returns of manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2012-2016. This study is the kind of comparative causal research. The population of this research are manufacturing companies that listed on the Stock Exchange period 2012 to 2016. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 42 manufacturing companies, bringing the total observation in this study were 210 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data. The analysis technique in this study uses in this study is pool data regression analysis uses Eviews 8 software. The research proves that (1) Profitability(ROE) has a significant positive effect on Stock Returns(RT), (2) Solvency(DER) has a significant positive effect on Stock Returns(RT), (3) Simultaneously (together) shows that Profitability(ROE) and Solvency(DER) have an influence on Stock Returns(RT). (5) In the other hand, the result of regression estimation of 2 independent variable on firm value shows the stock returns 60% and 40% remains are affected from other factors outside of this model.
