Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inflasi, debt equity ratio, return on equity, dan suku bunga. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Jakarta tahun 2012 hingga 2016. Data diperoleh dari statistik ekonomi dan keuangan yang diterbitkan oleh Bank Indonesia, Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi asosiatif kausal dengan metode regresi linear data panel program software Econometric Views (Eviews) versi 9. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan sebesar 14 perusahaan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling, maka jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 9 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) return on equity berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil investasi, karena return on equity menggambarkan tingkat efisiensi pemakaian modal sendiri yang memberikan keuntungan bagi para pemegang saham, (2) inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil investasi, karena inflasi terbilang rendah sehingga dapat diatasi, (3) debt equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil investasi, karena bagi para investor debt equity ratio tidak menggangu pertumbuhan saham, (4) suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil investasi, karena para investor cenderung melihat pada inflasi dan kurs rupiah, (5) inflasi, debt equity ratio, return on equity, dan suku bunga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap hasil investasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bahwa variabel return on equity dapat dijadikan pedoman, baik oleh pihak manajemen perusahaan dalam pengelolaan perusahaan, maupun oleh para investor dalam menentukan strategi investasi. Kata Kunci : Inflasi, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, dan Suku Bunga, Hasil Investasi ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine the effect of inflation, debt equity ratio, return on equity, and interest rate. The sample used in this study is Insurance Company listened Indonesian Stock Excange 2012 to 2016. This research using data from Statistical Economics and Finance that published from Indonesian Banking, and Indonesian Stock Excange (IDX). This study used a causal associative strategy with linear regression method of data panel program software Econometric Views (Eviews) version 9. The number of population used are 14 companies based on purposive sampling technique, the number of samples used in this study are 9 companies. The result of the research shows (1) return on equity does affect positive to return on investment, because return on equity describe profits for shareholders, (2) inflation doesn’t affect to return on investment, because inflation fairly low so it can be overcome, (3) debt equity ratio doesn’t affect to return on investment, because for investors the debt equity ratio doesn’t interfere with growth in stocks, (4) interest rate doesn’t affect to return on investment, because investors tend to look at inflation and rupiah exchange rate, (5) inflation, debt equity ratio, return on equity and interest rate together affect return on investment. This result is expected that return on equity variable can be made reference, either by company management and also by investors in determining investment strategy.
