Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berangkat dari pemikiran semakin meningkatnya pemberdayaan kaum dhuafa melalui penyaluran zakat dalam bentuk usaha produktif. Zakat yang diberikan secara efektif kepada mustahiq akan berperan sebagai pendukung dalam peningkatan pendapatan usaha bagi mustahiq. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Pengalokasian dan Sasaran Penyaluran Dana Zakat Produktif Terhadap Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahiq dan apakah efektif program pemberdayaan teknisi AC menjadi mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu data yang dikumpulkan sendiri oleh peneliti langsung dari sumber pertama, adapun cara untuk mendapatkan data primer, yaitu dengan cara meninjau langsung perusahaan yang menjadi objek penelitian, teknik penelitiannya dengan cara wawancara, kuisioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendayagunaan zakat produktif yang dilakukan Lazis Astra sangat efektif bagi pemberdayaan ekonomi teknisi AC. Karena banyak sekali penerima manfaat yang terbantu dalam pemberdayaan ini, dengan pemberdayaan ini akan banyak lagi menciptakan para teknisi AC yang baru dan berkurang pengangguran di Indonesia, serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan mustahiq karena mampu memberikan usaha baru atau memberi tambahan modal usaha bagi mustahiq. Para teknisi AC yang sudah mandiri pun wajib tetap bergabung dengan Lazis Astra supaya membagi ilmu mereka dengan para teknisi AC yang baru sehingga terus bermanfaat. Kata Kunci : Mandiri, Peningkatan Pendapatan, Pendayagunaan Zakat Produktif, Mustahiq. This research departs from the thought of increasing the empowerment of the poor through the distribution of zakat in the form of productive business. Zakat that is given effectively to mustahiq will act as a support in increasing business income for mustahiq. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the allocation and target of the distribution of productive zakat funds to the Mustahiq Economic Empowerment and whether the effective empowerment program of AC engineers becomes independent. This research uses field research, using a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data, namely the data collected by the researcher directly from the first source, as well as ways to obtain primary data, namely by directly reviewing the company that is the object of research, the research technique by means of interviews, questionnaires and observation. The results of this study indicate that the use of productive zakat by Lazis Astra is very effective for the economic empowerment of AC technicians. Because there are so many beneficiaries who are helped in this empowerment, this empowerment will create more new AC engineers and reduce unemployment in Indonesia, and can increase mustahiq's income because it is able to provide new businesses or provide additional business capital for Mustahiq. The independent AC technicians must also join Lazis Astra to share their knowledge with the new AC technicians so that they continue to be useful.
