Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penghimpunan dana mudharabah pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Kebayoran Lama, dan mengetahui perhitungan bagi hasil terhadap dana mudharabah serta menganalisis hambatan dalam penerapan sistem bagi hasil dan risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Kebayoran Lama. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui pendekatan deskriptif yaitu pendekatan yang menggambarkan keadaan objek yang diteliti secara sistematis, aktual, dan akurat dengan cara mengungkapkan kejadian sebenarnya terjadi dalam penerapan bagi hasil atas penghimpunan dana mudharabah. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi langsung yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung pada objek penelitian dalam rangka mengumpulkan data-data yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang dibahas. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penghimpunan dana dan bagaimana penerapan bagi hasil atas penghimpunan dana mudharabah tersebut serta menganalisa hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam penghimpunan dana Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Kebayoran Lama menggunakan produk deposito mudharabah, tabungan dan giro wadiah. Penerapan sistem bagi hasil dalam penghimpunan dana baik melalui tabungan maupun deposito mudharabah oleh Bank Syariah Mandiri adalah sistem revenue sharing. Kata Kunci : Mudharabah, Bagi Hasil This study aimed to determine the accumulation of mudharabah funds in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Kebayoran Lama Branch and know the profit-sharing calculation of the mudharabah funds and analyze the barriers in the implementation of profit-sharing system and the risks that may occur in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Kebayoran Lama Branch. The strategy used in this research is through a descriptive approach that is the approach that describes the state of the object studied in a systematic, actual, and accurate way by disclosing the actual events occurred in the application of revenue sharing for mudharabah fund accumulation. The research method that will be used in this research is direct observation method that is by doing direct observation on the object of research in order to collect data related to the problem discussed. This method is used to find out how to collect funds and how the application of revenue sharing for the collection of funds mudharabah and analyze the barriers that occur. The results of this study indicate that in the accumulation of funds Bank Syariah Mandiri Kebayoran Lama Branch using mudharabah deposit products, savings and wadiah deposits. Implementation of profit sharing system in fund raising through mudharabah saving or deposit by Bank Syariah Mandiri is revenue sharing system. Keywords : Mudharabah, Profit Sharing
