Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bukti empiris pengaruh corporate governance yang diukur dengan ukuran dewan komisaris, kepemilikan asing dan karakteristik perusahaan yang diukur dengan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility, pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri otomotif yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Sampel yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling, Maka diambil sebanyak sepuluh sampel perusahaan.data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id. Ukuran dewan komisaris diukur dengan jumlah dewan komisaris, kepemilikan asing diukur dengan proporsi saham yang dimiliki dibagi dengan jumlah saham yang beredar,ukuran perusahaan diukur dengan Ln total aset dan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility diukur dengan jumlah item yang diungkapkan dibagi dengan 79 item informasi CSR. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR, (2) kepemilikan asing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan CSR, (3) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Kata Kunci: dewan komisaris, kepemilikan asing, ukuran perusahaan, CSR. This study aims to examine empirical evidence of the influence of corporate governance measured by the size of the board of commissioners, foreign ownership and characteristic company measured by size to the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility to automotive industry manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchanges of Indonesia in 2013 until 2016. Samples taken by purposive sampling method, So taken as many as ten sample perusahaan.data used is secondary data with data collection method using documentation method obtained from IDX official website: www.idx.co.id. The size of the board of commissioners is measured by the number of boards of commissioners, foreign ownership is measured by the proportion of shares held divided by the number of shares outstanding, the size of the company is measured by the Ln total assets and disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility is measured by the number of items disclosed divided by 79 items of CSR information. Data analysis techniques used in this study using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS application version 23. The result of research shows that (1) the size of board of commissioner has significant effect on CSR disclosure, (2) foreign ownership has no significant effect on CSR disclosure, (3) firm size significantly effect CSR disclosure.
