Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas dan dividend payout ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan program aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 24. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX : www.idx.co.id dan www.sahamok.com. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan dividend payout ratio berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Dividend Payout Ratio dan Nilai Perusahaan This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity and dividend payout ratio on the firm value of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses a causal research strategy with quantitative approach, measured using multiple linear regression method that is processed by using the application program of IBM SPSS version 24. The population of this research is property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2012 until 2016. Samples are determined based on purposive sampling method, with the number of samples of 16 companies so that the total observation in this study as much as 80 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data. Techniques of data collection using documentation method through IDX official website: www.idx.co.id and www.sahamok.com. The result of research shows that profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity (CR) has no effect on firm value and dividend payout ratio have a significant positive effect to the value of property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016.
