Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penerapan manajemen persediaan alat kesehatan dengan membandingkan kebijakan perusahaan dan manajemen persediaan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) pada PT Nugra Karsera. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan membuat gambaran, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antar fenomena yang sedang diselidiki. Objek dan sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah Bagian Finance, Accounting dan Purchasing pada PT Nugra Karsera sebagai data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan pengumpulan bukti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunaan metode EOQ maka perusahaan mendapatkan efisiensi dari jumlah frekuensi pemesanan, jumlah pesanan optimal, safety stock yang pada akhirnya akan menurunkan biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 595.077.409. This study aims to analyze the application of medical device inventory management by comparing company policies and inventory management with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method at PT Nugra Karsera. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research by making a factual and accurate description of the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The objects and sources of data in this study are the Finance, Accounting and Purchasing Division at PT Nugra Karsera as primary data. Data collection techniques used interviews and evidence collection. The results show that by using the EOQ method, the company gets efficiency from the number of ordering frequencies, optimal order quantities, safety stock which in turn will reduce inventory costs by Rp. 595,077,409.
