Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah, dana perimbangan, dan lain-lain pendapatan daerah yang sah terhadap belanja modal di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program software SPSS versi 25. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan Anggaran Pendapatan Daerah (APBD) Pemerintah Kota Provinsi DKI Jakarta periode 2011-2021. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purpose sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 5 kota daerah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi yang diperoleh melalui website resmi Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) dan website resmi Kementerian Keuangan Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan (DJPK). Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap belanja modal, dana perimbangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal, dan lain-lain pendapatan daerah yang sah tidak berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal di Provinsi DKI Jakarta periode 2011- 2021. This study aims to test whether there is an effect of local revenue, balancing funds, and other legitimate local revenues on capital expenditures in DKI Jakarta Province. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, which is analyzed using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS software version 25. The population of this study is the financial report of the Regional Revenue Budget (APBD) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government for the period 2011-2021. The sample was determined based on the purpose sampling method, with a total sample of 5 regional cities. The data used in this study is secondary data. The data collection technique used the documentation method obtained through the official website of the Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID) and the official website of the Ministry of Finance, Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK). The results of the study partially show that local revenue has a positive effect on capital expenditure, balancing funds has no effect on capital expenditure, and others legitimate regional income does not effect on capital expenditure in DKI Jakarta Province period 2011-2021.
