Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Maqashid Syariah, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier data panel dengan Eviews 10. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 14 Bank Umum Syariah (BUS). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 7 bank umum syariah dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan berupa laporan keuangan tahunan (annual report) yang telah dipublikasi pada website resmi masing-masing bank syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance (GCG) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dikarenakan penerapan GCG di bank umum syariah belum sepenuhnya melaksanakan prinsip GCG. Maqashid Syariah juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan karena dengan ada atau tidaknya maqashid syariah tidak akan mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan pada bank umum syariah. Sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, karena semakin besar ukuran perusahaan maka semakin tinggi juga nilai perusahaan dan sebaliknya. Profitabilitas juga berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan karena profitabilitas yang tinggi akan memberikan sinyal positif bagi investor bahwa perusahaan menghasilkan dalam kondisi yang menguntungkan. Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance, Maqashid Syariah, Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, dan Nilai Perusahaan ABSTRACT This research aims to see the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Maqashid Syariah, Company Size and Profitability on Firm Value in Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach, which is measured using the linear regression method with panel data with Eviews 10. The population in this study were 14 Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS). The sample used was 7 Islamic commercial banks with a purposive sampling method. The data used are in the form of annual financial reports (annual reports) which have been published on the official website of each Islamic bank. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no effect on the implementation of GCG in Islamic commercial banks that have not implemented the principles of GCG. Maqashid Sharia also has no effect on company value because the presence or absence of a sharia maqashid will not affect company value in Islamic commercial banks. Meanwhile, firm size affects firm value, because the bigger the company size, the higher the firm value and vice versa. Profitability also affects firm value because high profitability will provide a positive signal for investors that the company produces in favorable conditions.
