Abstract
This study aims to test the application of an inventory information system with Affari POS and to determine the level of accuracy and effectiveness of merchandise inventory at the Berkah Toserba. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The sample was collected using a porpositive sampling technique, namely collecting data related to the supply of merchandise at the Berkah Toserba Berkah so that researchers could explore the situation in accordance with the research conditions at the Berkah Toserba. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews and documentation of merchandise inventory. Data collection techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the application of a merchandise inventory information system with Affari POS increased the accuracy and effectiveness of the merchandise inventory. Inventory of goods can be controlled with Affari POS which is integrated between departments, information on inventory is accurate and easy to detect when there is fraud or negligence. The recording of Affari POS transactions is adequate for the retail business sector with an integrated and connected system between units related to the procurement of supplies to the return of purchases of goods. Inventory information from the center to branches has been connected automatically and monitored so as to provide current, accurate and relevant information. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penerapan sistem informasi persediaan barang dengan Affari POS dan untuk mengetahui tingkat keakuratan dan efektivitas persediaan barang dagangan di Toserba Berkah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik porpositive sampling, yaitu pengambilan data terkait dengan pesediaan barang dagangan di Toserba Berkah agar peneliti dapat menjelajahi situasi sesuai dengan kondisi penelitian di Toserba Berkah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi persediaan barang dagang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi persediaan barang dagang dengan Affari POS meningkatkan keakuratan dan efektivitas persediaan barang dagangan. Persediaan barang dapat di kontrol dengan Affari POS yang terintegrasi antar bagian, informasi mengenai persediaan akurat dan mudah dideteksi ketika ada kecurangan maupun kelalaian. Pencatatan transaksi Affari POS memadai untuk bidang usaha ritel dengan sistem yang terintegrasi dan terkoneksi antar unit yang terkait dengan pengadaan persediaan hingga retur pembelian barang. Informasi persediaan barang dari pusat ke cabang telah terhubung secara otomatis dan terpantau sehingga memberikan informasi yang terkini, akurat dan relevan.
