Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan strategi kausal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 60 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalamn penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metoda pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Eviews versi 12. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi data panel dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% maka hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. (2) Secara parsial Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. (3) Secara parsial Struktur Modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Likuiditas, dan Nilai Perusahaan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the profitability, liquidity, and capital structure to the company value in Insurance company on listed on the Indonesia Stock Exhange (IDX). This research uses quantitative research with a causal strategy. The population of this study is all insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, so that a sample of 12 companies was obtained so that the total observations in this study were 60 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection method uses documentation through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. This research uses Eviews version 12 software. Based on panel data regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, the results of this study conclude that: (1) Partially Profitability has a significant positive effect on Firm Value. (2) Partially Liquidity has no significant effect on Firm Value. (3) Partially Capital Structure has a significant positive effect on firm value.
