Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 18 perusahaan dan yang digunakan sebagai sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan dengan metode Purposive Sampling sebagai pemilihan sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan jenis data panel yang bersumber dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan pengujian model statistik menggunakan uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ROA yang memiliki pengaruh positif signifkan terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan DER tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Nilai Adjusted R-squared sebesar 0,323564. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi ROA, dan DER terhadap Harga Saham adalah sebesar 32,36% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 67,64% merpuakan pengaruh dari factor-faktor lain. Kata Kunci : Return On Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Harga Saham // ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to determine the factors that influence the price of stock in Food and Beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research is to analyze the influence of Return On Asset (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to stock price of Food and Beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research used Associative quantitative research. The population in this research were 18 companies and used as a sample of 11 companies with purposive sampling method as sample selection. The data used in this research was secondary data with the type of panel data sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis technique used in this research was panel data regression analysis by testing statistical models using partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and determination coefficient. The results of the research prove that ROA has a significant positive effect on stock prices, while DER do not have a significant influence on stock prices. The Adjusted R-squared value was 0,323564. This showed that the contribution of ROA, and DER to stock price is 32,36% while the remaining 67,64% is the influence of other factors.
