Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Economic Value Added (EVA), Return On Asset (ROA) Dan Market Value Added (MVA) Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Real Estate Property Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2021 Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif pendekatan kuantitatif, diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis regresi data panel dengan Eviews versi 12. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Real Estate Property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 obeservasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui situs : www.idx.co.id dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Economic Value Added (EVA), Return On Asset (ROA) Dan Market Value Added (MVA) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan Real Estate Property periode 2016-2021; sedangkan pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS) terbukti tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan Real Estate Property periode 2016-2021. This study aimed to examine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Economic Value Added (EVA), Return On Asset (ROA) And Market Value Added (MVA) On Stock Price Real Estate And Property Companies Listed On IDX Period 2016-202 This research used associative quantitative approach, which is measured using panel data regression based method with E-views 12. The population of this study are Real Estate and Property Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2021. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method on 15 listed companies, with a total of 90 observations. The data used in this study are secondary data. Data was collected by website : www.idx.co.id. Hypothesis testing are using t test. The study resulted in Economic Value Added (EVA), Return On Asset (ROA) and Market Value Added (MVA) affect the Stock Price Real Estate And Property Companies Listed On IDX Period 2016-2021; while Earning Per Share (EPS) not affect on Stock Price Real Estate And Property Companies Listed On IDX Period 2016-2021
