Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan rancangan Akuntansi Koperasi SMK Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta Berbasis Aplikasi Accurate dalam menyajikan infomasi laporan keuangan yang relevan dan dapat membantu para pengurus dan anggota dalam membuat keputusan pada Koperasi SMK Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta dan menggabungkan akuntansi koperasi sector riil dan simpan pinjam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Studi Kasus (Case Study) yaitu dengan mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung pada obyek yang akan diteliti. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti dapat mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan melalui wawancara dengan melalui tanya jawab informan yang dalam hal ini adalah Bendahara Koperasi Ibu Reni Fithriani, S.Pd. Hasil penelitian Koperasi SMK Hang Tuah 1 belum melakukan pencatatan akuntansi koperasi sesuai dengan Permenkop yang berlaku. Sehingga koperasi hanya melakukan pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Namun setelah menggunakan aplikasi accurate, pencatatan akuntansi koperasi berjalan dengan mudah dan efisien dibandingkan menggunakan pencatatan manual. Perlu adanya rancangan akuntansi koperasi berbasis accurate yang sesuai dengan permenkop, sehingga dapat memudahkan pencatatan dan laporan keuangan. Kata Kunci: Koperasi, Akuntansi, Aplikasi Accurate This study aims to propose a design for Accounting Cooperatives at SMK Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta Based on Accurate Applications in presenting relevant financial statement information and can assist administrators and members in making decisions at the Cooperative SMK Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta and combines accounting for real sector cooperatives and savings and loans. The method used in this research is a case study, namely by conducting direct observations on the object to be studied. In this study, researchers were able to collect the necessary data through interviews with informants through question and answer, which in this case was the Cooperative Treasurer, Mrs. Reni Fithriani, S.Pd. The research results of the Hang Tuah 1 Vocational School Cooperative have not recorded cooperative accounting in accordance with the applicable Minister of Cooperatives and Cooperatives. So the cooperative only records cash receipts and disbursements. However, after using the accurate application, cooperative accounting records run easily and efficiently compared to using manual recording. There needs to be an accurate-based cooperative accounting design that is in accordance with the Minister of Cooperatives, so that it can facilitate recording and financial reports.
