Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 22.00. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah urutan tertinggi yang mewakili sektornya dalam klasifikasi industri BEI sesuai dengan nilai kapitalisasi pasarnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purpose sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 observasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) Kinerja Keuangan yang diukur dengan Return On Equity (ROE) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang terdaftar LQ45 tahun 2013-2016 di BEI. (2) Good Corporate Governance mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar LQ45 tahun 2013-2016 di BEI. (3) Corporate Social Responbility pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar LQ45 tahun 2013-2016 di BEI. (4) kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan return on equity (ROE), Good Corporate Governance, dan Corporate Social Responbility secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifkan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan price to book value (PBV) pada perusahaan yang terdaftar LQ45 tahun 2013-2016 di BEI. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Keuangan, Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responbility dan Price to Book Value// This research uses descriptive research type of quantitative approach, as measured by using multiple linear regression method with SPSS 22.00. The population of this study is the highest order representing its sector in BEI industry classification in accordance with the market capitalization value listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013 until 2016. The sample is determined by purposive sampling method, with the total sample of 20 companies so that the total observation in this research is 80 observation. The results of the study prove that (1) Financial Performance as measured by Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant influence on the value of listed companies LQ45 year 2013-2016 at BEI. (2) Good Corporate Governance has a significant influence on the value of listed companies LQ45 year 2013-2016 in BEI. (3) Corporate Social Responbility significant influence on the value of listed companies LQ45 year 2013-2016 at BEI. (4) financial performance as measured by return on equity (ROE), Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responbility together have a significant influence on the value of the company which proxied price to book value (PBV) in LQ45 listed company in 2013 -2016 on BEI.
