Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Komite Audit, Kepemilikan Institutional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Return On Asset. Sedangkan variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2013-2016. Terdapat 10 perusahaan non keuangan. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemilikan institusional, ukuran perusahaan dan Return On Asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan komite audit dan kepemilikina manajerial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Perusahaan, Komite Audit, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Return on Asset.// ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the factors that influence the value of a company. The independent variables used in this study were the Audit Committee, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Company Size and Return on Assets. Whereas the dependent variable of this study is Company Value. The population of this study uses non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2016. There are 10 non-financial companies. The data used is secondary data. The results of the study prove that institutional ownership, company size and Return on Assets do not affect the value of the company. While the audit committee and managerial ownership influence the value of the company.
