Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat perilaku terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis e-commerce. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Bintang Baru Mega Raya. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 54 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, dan uji heteroskedasitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan budaya kerja dan kecanggihan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bintang Baru Mega Raya. study aims to identify and examine the factors that influence behavioral interest in the use of e-commerce-based accounting information systems. The research was conducted at PT. Mega Raya New Star. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample used was 54 respondents using the saturated sample technique. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that the application of accounting information systems had no effect on employee performance, while work culture and information technology had an effect on employee performance at PT. Mega Raya New Star
