Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat mengungkap makna efektifitas membayar zakat secara online pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Wilayah Kepulauan Seribu. Serta mengetahui apakah dana Zakat membayar secara online efektif dan dapat memudahkan para muzzaki. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan strategi penelitian fenomenologi. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil wawancara mendalam dengan staf pengumpulan zakat masyarakat di kepulauan seribu disertai observasi langsung di kantor baznas kepulauan seribu DKI Jakarta, juga dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi pusataka dan internet browsing. Kemudian teknis analisis dilakukan dengan menyusun hasil wawancara, menganalisis lebih detail data lalu dilakukan pengelohan data untuk mengungkap makna zakat online di baznas kepulauan seribu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembayaran zakat secara online efektif dibanding offline di karenakan, Dari hasil data perbandingan tabel dapat dilihat bahwa pembayaran ZIS (Zakat Infak dan Sedekah) selama periode tahun 2021 dan 2022 mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dikarenakan masyarakat sudah lebih nyaman dalam pembayaran melalui online. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembayaran zakat melalui online berdasarkan wawancara yang mendalam dengan informan menyatakan pembayaran zakat melalui online sangatlah efektif. The purpose of this study is to reveal the meaning of the effectiveness of paying zakat online at the National Amil Zakat Agency for the Thousand Islands Region. And find out whether zakat funds pay online effectively and can make it easier for muzzaki. Study this use approach qualitative with research strategy phenomenology. The data sources in study this is results Interview with informant accompanied observation direct to object research also with data collection through studies center and internet browsing. Then technical analysis conducted with arrange results interview, analyze more details ago conducted data processing with interpret or make more sense of data in. The results of the study show that online zakat payments are effective compared to offline because, from the results of the table comparison data, it can be seen that ZIS payments (Zakat Infak and Alms) during the period 2021 and 2022 have experienced a significant increase because maybe people are more comfortable in paying online. It can be concluded that online zakat payments based on in-depth interviews with informants stated that online zakat payments were very effective.
