Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Efektivitas pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pendampingan usaha mikro dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan para pedagang bakso di Jakarta yang sudah di laksanakan oleh Dompet Dhuafa. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metoda deskriprif adalah suatu metoda yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan, menjelaskan, mencatat dan menganalisis kondisi yang ada dan sedang terjadi dari hasil wawancara. Pengumpulan data dan menganalisis data dengan mencari pendapat dari subjek yang diteliti dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengetahui efektivitas program pendampingan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang bakso yang mengikuti pendampingan di Jakarta. Dengan total populasi 50 pedagang kecil. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Adapun pertimbangan sample pada penelitian ini adalah pedagang bakso yang masih aktif berjualan dan pedagang bakso yang aktif mengikuti program pendampingan Dompet Dhuafa pada program kerja 5 yaitu mulai tahun 2017 (PTM 5). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 “sampel jenuh” UMKM/PTM. Data primer yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan MS Excel. Analisis statistik data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Didalam program pendampingan kelompok: pertama pertemuan kelompok dinilai efektif oleh anggota PTM 5; ke dua monitoring kelompok terkait perkembangan usaha dinilai kurang efektif oleh anggota PTM 5; ke tiga pemantauan proses produksi yang sehat dan halal dinilai kurang efektif oleh anggota PTM 5. (2) Didalam peningkatan kapasitas mitra melalui pelatihan: pertama pelatihan motivasi kewirausahaan dinilai efektif oleh anggota PTM 5; ke dua pelatihan keamanan pangan dan uji kualitatif pelatihan dinilai kurang efektif oleh anggota PTM 5; ke tiga pelatihan kelembagaan dinilai efektif oleh anggota PTM 5. (3) Didalam bantuan pembiayaan Dinilai cukup efektif oleh anggota PTM 5, mereka merasa sangat terbantu dengan adanya program bantuan pembiayaan tersebut. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Program Pendampingan, UMKM Sektor Makanan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effectiveness of community empowerment through micro-enterprise assistance in improving the welfare of meatball traders in Jakarta which has been carried out by PT. Miwon - Dompet Dhuafa. The research strategy used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with a qualitative approach. Descriptive method is a method used to describe, explain, record and analyze the conditions that exist and are happening from the results of interviews. Collecting data and analyzing data by seeking opinions from the subjects studied by using a questionnaire to determine the effectiveness of the mentoring program. The population in this study were all meatball traders who participated in mentoring in Jakarta. With a total population of 50 small traders. The type of sampling chosen in this study is purposive sampling. The sample considerations in this study are meatball traders who are still actively selling and meatball traders who are actively participating in the Dompet Dhuafa mentoring program in work program 5, starting in 2017 (PTM 5). The number of samples is 50 "saturated samples" of SMEs/PTM. The primary data obtained were processed using MS Excel. Statistical analysis of the data in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) In the group mentoring program: first, group meetings are considered effective by PTM 5 members; the second group monitoring related to business development is considered less effective by PTM 5 members; thirdly, monitoring of healthy and halal production processes is considered less effective by PTM 5 members. (2) Partner capacity building through training: firstly, entrepreneurship motivation is considered effective by PTM 5 members; secondly, the food safety training and the qualitative test of the training were considered less effective by PTM 5 members; The three institutional trainings were considered effective by PTM 5 members. (3) In terms of financial assistance, PTM 5 members considered it quite effective, they felt that the funding assistance program was very helpful.
